Every solution available was outdated, cruel or toxic. The founders of Goodnature, Robbie and Craig, knew they had to find a better way to control rodents. They brainstormed over 100 ways to catch a rat, and the Goodnature trap was born.
Goodnature traps have been developed based on nearly two decades of field testing and have been proven to work wherever rodents are found: the garage, attic, kitchen, back garden, shed or farm. The trap is even used in some of the most vulnerable ecosystems to protect endangered species.
Goodnature traps are a world first in rat and mouse control: they use a CO₂ cartridge that builds up pressure in the spring mechanism inside the trap. This pressure gives a internal striking pin, driven by the spring, its force when the trap is triggered. This combination ensures that the rat or mouse is killed instantly and as humanely as possible. The Goodnature A24 has been independently tested and has received the highest rating for humane control (MPI Class A) from the NAWAC (National Animal Welfare Advisory Committee).
