The Gallagher Solar Station MBS3000i is a powerful, ready-to-use solution that operates all year round, completely independently of the mains electricity supply. With a power rating of 21 joules (output 14 joules), it is suitable for distances of up to 20 kilometres.

The combination of an MBS3000i electric fence energiser, a 370 W solar panel and four 120Ah AGM batteries ensures continuous power, even during periods of low daylight. In practice, Gallagher electric fence energisers maintain a higher voltage on the fence than other energisers with similar specifications. This is because the key electronic components in the energiser have been specially developed for their application and are manufactured in-house, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Smart adjustment and complete control

Thanks to the adaptive control function, the energiser automatically adjusts its power to the connected fence and its current load. This ensures that the system always operates as efficiently as possible. The MBS3000i is part of the Gallagher i Series system: a smart, expandable solution with fence zones that you can easily set up and monitor via the Gallagher app. This gives you complete control and insight into the performance of your fence, including a log of the voltage on the fence in the past.

Monitoring solar yield and battery power

The integrated Victron charge controller provides insight into the performance of the solar panel and batteries via a second app. Both apps work via Bluetooth, but the station also has a connection point for an optional mobile WiFi router, enabling remote control and monitoring.

The vandal-proof metal cabinet is mounted on a sturdy 120x120 cm plastic pallet, making it easy to transport to the pasture. For extra deterrence, the metal cabinet itself is also under voltage, which can be switched off with a key.
