Digital Voltmeter
- Accurate voltage measurement up to 12,000 volts
- Suitable for fence, energiser and earthing
- Compact and durable design
- Easy to use without complex settings
- Indispensable for a reliable fence
Description
The Gallagher Fence Voltmeter is an accurate measuring instrument for checking the voltage on your electric fence, energiser and earthing.
Easy to use with fence and energiser
Usage is simple. First, insert the ground peg into the ground. Then hold the measuring probe of the Fence Voltmeter against the wire and you can immediately read the voltage. Do you want to measure the voltage of your energiser? Then disconnect the fence and hold the Fence Voltmeter against the output terminal of the device.
Measure earthing in three clear steps
For an earthing test, place an iron rod 100 metres away from the energiser against the fence and bring the voltage on the fence below 1000 volts. Then measure the voltage at the earth stake by holding the tester against the earth stake and inserting the ground peg of the Fence Voltmeter into the ground at a distance of one metre. Is the voltage lower than 300 volts? Then the earthing is good. If higher, you need to place additional earth stakes and repeat the test.
Broad measurement range and user-friendly design
The Gallagher Fence Fence Voltmeter has a measurement range of 0 to 12,000 volts, allowing you to accurately measure both low and high voltages. The device is compact, durable and easy to use.
