Ordering from Gallagher Europe
Step 1. Place the desired products in the shopping trolley
Find the product of your choice and click on the 'Add to cart' button. Do this with all the products you need. Once you have placed all products in the shopping cart, go to the shopping cart at the top right of the page. Here you can check your order. If your order is complete, click the 'complete order' button. It is also possible to save the order, click the 'Save cart' button
Step 2. Personal details
Do you already have a Gallagher account? Then log in with your e-mail address and password and your details will be retrieved automatically. If you are ordering for the first time, please enter your details. You will be given the opportunity to save these details later, after which you can create a new account.
Step 3. Delivery choice
- Your order will be delivered to the Gallagher dealer of your choice. You can choose from 4 dealers in your area. If you prefer to collect your order from another dealer; click on the link choose dealer yourself
• Deliver at billing address. Do you want to receive your order at your home address?
Then choose this option. The order will be delivered at your address, and £ 10.00 will be charged for delivery.
Step 4. Choose payment method
You pay at the Gallagher dealer where your order will be delivered. Prepayment is not necessary
Step 5. Check your order
You can make any changes to your order, your details or choice of delivery in this step. Then click on 'Confirm order
Step 6. Confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation states your order, the pick-up address and the amount to be paid to the dealer. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from the shipping company.
Collect your order
Shopping with us is quick and easy! You can collect your order from a Gallagher service dealer during shop hours, i.e. also during shopping evenings and weekends.
A big advantage for you is that you only pay in the shop. Moreover, you do not have to pay shipping costs. During the ordering process, you will receive a selection of Gallagher dealers based on your postal code. You can indicate at which service dealer you would like to collect your order. Is the dealer where you want to collect your order not listed? Then click on select other dealer to choose one yourself.
Once you have placed your order, not only you but also this dealer will receive confirmation of your order. This confirmation states your order, the pick-up address and the amount to be paid to the dealer. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace Code from the shipping house.
Ordered before 15:00, within 2 working days at your dealer! [Excluding weekends] In 95% of cases, it is delivered within 1 day.
Returning an order
You can return an item if:
- The product is complete
- In its original state and factory packaging
Return your order, or the part you wish to return, to the Gallagher dealer where you picked up your order within 14 days of collection. You will receive a refund from the Gallagher dealer. When returning to your dealer, please bring the purchase receipt from the dealer to get your money back.
Gallagher shipping costs
Your order will be delivered to the Gallagher dealer of your choice. No shipping costs will be charged.
